Over the weekend my internet went down, which really isn’t much fun; however, it does help you get revision done! Really starting to crank up on my revision, so the site will get a bit of neglect. I did say I wont be posting every day any more, so I hope you got that.
I am having soo much fun drawing up little revision cards, really it’s almost as good as actually having fun…

You need to stop fooling around with dial-up, cable, dsl etc… and just get a smart phone and connect via tandem to your laptop or computer. It is always up and usually as fast as a throttled comcast connection.
I think it’s funny that you internet went down around the same time South Park aired their episode about the same thing. Did you try unplugging your router and then plugging it back in:)
I have actually used my mobile to do that, which works fine in Birmingham as there is a 3.5G connection (7Mbs); however, back home it relies on a slow 2G connection (~70Kbs). Thus it is slooooooooow….
Also, using your phone like that can be very expensive over here. O2 charged £2.75 ($5) a megabyte last time I checked!
There are some free internet services available. They are slow as hell but when my net goes down, I turn to them. They are dial-up and you have to listen to a bloody commercial before connecting, but it’s better than nothing.
